Care & Maintenance
What power supply is required?
US units require 106–127 V, 60 Hz. Typical input power ~1430 W; maximum input current ~14.5 A. Use a properly rated dedicated outlet.
How often should I clean the filter and dust net?
Replace/inspect the paper filter as required — recommended every 4 weeks. Clean the dust net approximately every 3 months. Always switch the machine off before changing the paper filter.
What should I check if the unit won’t power on?
Confirm the unit sat upright for 24 hours, check the power outlet and RCD/GFCI, ensure correct voltage (US: 106–127V), and avoid using long extension cords. If it still won’t power, take photos/videos and contact support.
What if the unit powers on but doesn’t cool?
Check: water volume (≈300 L reference), ambient temp (<30°C preferred), water flow (>14 L/min), filter condition, and condenser ventilation (keep ~100 cm clear). If everything looks correct, send a short video of the unit running and we’ll help furth
What should I do about a water-flow warning?
Send a photo of the control panel showing the flow reading. Steps: check and clean the paper filter, ensure valves and quick connectors are tight, and bleed air by slightly opening the drainer. If flow stays low, we’ll arrange a pump inspection.
What refrigerant and certifications does the unit have?
The ULTRA ICE uses R410A refrigerant and is listed with certifications including PSE, CE, SAA, IPX-4 (see the manual for full compliance details).
How do I prepare the chiller for long storage or cold conditions?
If not using the unit for an extended time or if ambient temperatures may fall below 0°C, open the drain outlet and empty the water to prevent freezing damage. Store the unit in a suitable temperature and humidity range.
