What is the ULTRA ICE chiller?
The ULTRA ICE Chiller is a compact 2.0 HP ice-bath chiller designed for home use. It cools water, supports ice-making, and is controlled via the Tuya Smart app. See the User Manual for full specs.
What’s included in my delivery?
You’ll receive the chiller (upright carton), power cable, drainer, hoses/quick-connectors, filter wrench and a paper filter element. Accessories may be listed on your packing slip.
Do I need to wait after delivery before turning the unit on?
Yes. Leave the chiller upright for 24 hours after transport before powering on to allow the refrigeration system to settle. This prevents damage and is important for warranty eligibility.
What water level do I need in the tub?
The bathtub water level should be higher than the chiller inlet and lower than the bathtub inlet. Follow the connection diagrams in the manual and ensure valves are hand-tight.
How much water flow does the chiller need?
The chiller requires greater than 14 L/min for normal operation. If your control panel shows a water-flow warning, please check the filter and piping and send a photo of the flow reading to support.
How do I connect the chiller to Wi-Fi and the app?
ULTRA ICE uses Tuya Smart (only 2.4 GHz). Power the unit, press the Wi-Fi button 6–10 seconds until the Wi-Fi icon blinks, then follow the Tuya app’s “Add Device” flow. See the manual for screenshots.
What temperatures can I set?
Water temperature is adjustable from 0–45°C. Use the touch panel or app to set your target temperature.
Why is my ice production slow?
Ice-making is affected by ambient temperature and water volume. The unit performs best below ~30°C ambient — high room temps will reduce ice production. Ensure correct water flow and a clean filter.
How do I use Ice-Making mode and Defrost?
Ice-Making and Defrost modes are available on the touch panel and in the app. If defrost appears to be working incorrectly, check ambient temperature and send control-panel screenshots for diagnosis.
